I’m an operations and strategy leader who helps organizations turn priorities into disciplined execution through operating models, governance, budget systems, and workflow structure.

My 20+ year background in strategy and business operations spans enterprise leadership roles across global consumer brands and higher education, with direct responsibility for operating performance, financial stewardship, platform delivery, and cross-functional execution. I’m known for bringing clarity to complexity, fixing operational issues at the root cause, and installing practical systems teams can actually sustain.

Through JP Kibble Consulting, I take on select fractional COO and operations strategy engagements for organizations that need execution structure built quickly and correctly.

How I Work

My approach is operator-led and execution-focused. I don’t deliver slide decks and disappear. I design, implement, and stabilize the systems that support delivery and decision-making. Engagements are structured, practical, and tied to measurable operating outcomes.

I’m based in Denver, Colorado, where I live with my husband, two kids, and our dog, Jelly. Outside of work, I’m deeply interested in art, culture, and design, and I believe good systems, whether in organizations or in life, should support people, not overwhelm them.
